LONDON, UK — To mark the 300th film premiere held at the famed Odeon Theatre Leicester Square, the cinema, according to a report on Ananova.com, is exhibiting many never-before seen photographs of celebrities attending premieres over the decades at the Odeon.

The photos were taken by Harry Myers, named the Odeon’s in-house photograher in 1959, and his son Scott, whom he passed the role onto and continues in that position today. From Elizabeth Taylor to the late Princess Diana to Tom Cruise, the photo display “shows some of the big names we’ve welcomed through our doors over the years”, according to the cinema’s manager, Chris Hilton.

The Film Icons exhibition runs from November 27th to December 4th.

Did anyone see the photos in the article? Roger Moore in his prime (with Princess Diana) and a swarthy-looking Elton John. Pretty funny.
