Tribune Family Theater for sale

TRIBUNE, KS — The Tribune Family Theater in Greeley County is currently for sale. The current owners, the Zerrs and the Huddlestons, are ready to move on, and the community is both researching community-owned models and seeking individual buyers for the theater. The theater is a single-screen theater and currently shows films on the weekends.

The asking price is $30,000 plus any tax liability at the time of sale, and a commitment to continue running the theater as a family entertainment venue. In this small community, the loss of a movie theater would be very tough for the residents.

Interested parties should contact the Community Development Office at 620-376-2548 or .

The Tribune Family Theatre in Greeley County, Kansas, was recently awarded a Small Communities Improvement Program grant, and the theater itself is no longer for sale to individual parties. They are now working on plans to make some renovations and decide on a community-owned theater model. They have been researching other community-owned theaters in nearby communities.

If you would like to participate in these new changes, please contact the Greeley County Community Development Office at 620-376-2548. Thank you!
