TALLAHASSEE, FL — The Movies 8 is for sale. 1340 seats, 8 screens, two dts sound. 4 concession stations, 2 box stations, all touchscreen with pos systems in place and 16 camera dvr remote viewing system setup. Currently on a three year lease with option for 2 five year optional extensions.
Between January and November 2010, the theatre grossed $335,000 box office and $232,000 concession sales. Moving our operations to focus on the Northeast and are moving toward getting out of Florida due to operations being to spread out. Insuarance estimated value= $300k.
We are willing to take serious offers starting at near $90k, but I am negotiable depending on terms. Includes staff, equipment, concession supplies and stock. spare equipment.
