City of Aurora seeks citizen about what should happen to the Century 16

AURORA, CO — The town of Aurora is trying to get past the tragedy that happened this summer at the Century 16. They’ve now begun discussions on what may take its place, from remodeling the theatre to donating it to a non-profit group for multi-faith studies.

That’s a 16 million dollar theater building. Clean it up and reopen it for movies. Otherwise, a lot of theater employees will be out of a job.

Re-open the theatre…..except Auditorium #9.

not to sound uncaring but why not just reopen it? i don’t understand why it should be abandoned as a movie theater?

Tear the whole thing down, and rebuild it down the street, I would never be comfortable going in there

I agree with Tim O'Neill – – reopen the place except for Auditorium #9 which should be a memorial to July 20.
