North Park Theatre won’t be going dark

BUFFALO, NY — Dipson may be leaving the picture but there’s still more life for the North Park Theatre. Its owner and a local restaurant owner are joining forces to keep the theatre open and present art-house films. There’s no official word on any renovations but they are aware of the challenges in making it a viable cinema for years to come.

Maybe some diversity may be needed. Classic films, second runs at reduced prices, family films like they have at the Riviera.
