FLINT, MI — The ongoing restoration of the Capitol Theatre has forced the relocation of a high-profile tenant, The Spencer Agency, which has been occupying a storefront next to the theater’s entrance. Part of the space will be used to enlarge the restored theater’s lobby. When the agency moved into the storefront four years ago, it expected the location to be temporary. They plan on either moving to another portion of the Capitol Theatre building or above a co-owned coffee shop downtown.

Additional details are available in the Flint Journal.
