As of May 29, 1941, the Ritz Theatre had a remodel reopening with Merle Oberon in “That Uncertain Feeling” along with the first chapter of “Sky Raider”.

Here is a nighttime view with a blaze of light after dark, with the marquee demonstrating “RITZ” in a combination of power white and ruby red neon with an off-and-on light-switch action. Power white neon lights surrounding the marquee, and on both sides of the panel which shows the name of the picture title, are 2 horizontal structures/bars of blue neon. Lights of the seven powerful fluorescent lamps, placed against the pure white masonite finish in the marquee’s ceiling.
