The Cineplex 4 was opened in 1995 and closed down early 2004 right when the KDH Movies 10 opened 4 miles down the road. R/C Theatres closed down 4 locations at approximately the same time to consolidate to 1 location on the main part of the beach.
The Kitty Hawk Twin & The Marketplace Twin are seperate locations, The Kitty Hawk Twin was opened in the 80’s, not so sure about the Marketplace Twin. The Kitty Hawk Twin was open mainly during the summer and sometimes open for a month and a half during Thanksgiving/Christmas & closed down in 2003. The Marketplace Twin was open year round, only 1 show during the off season during the week, The Marketplace Twin closed down for good September 2004.
