RIC Theatre. Kodachrome image taken by Albert S. “Al” Johnson in January 1949. Al’s Johnson Construction Company built the RIC Theatre in 1948 and it opened between December 1948 and January 1949.
The theater owner Jack Howard is on the left. My paternal grandfather Robie Gray - who worked on the job - is in the middle with a hammer in his hand. The RIC projectionist Eddie Wosnakowski is on the right.
