Starlight Drive-In. Kodachrome image taken by Albert S. “Al” Johnson in June 1950. According to family records this was the fourth known Michigan drive-in built by Al’s Johnson Construction Company.
This image shows Al’s son-in-law, my dad, Doug Gray. Doug managed (superintended) several of Al’s theater and drive-in projects throughout the state of Michigan.
