Maple City Drive-In. Kodachrome image taken by Albert S. “Al” Johnson in October 1952. Al’s Johnson Construction Company built the Maple City Drive-In which was located in Charlotte, Michigan.
This shows an overall view of the Maple City Drive-In building site. The temporary structure in the back is where the project superintendent worked and was typically called “the shanty.”
