  • <p>At the beginning of September 2015 all that remained to be demolished was the steel frame of the office building.</p>
  • <p>This DeMille billboard had moving parts. I remember seeing it as a boy in the summer of ‘65. We were supposed to go to the World’s Fair but it was raining and we went to see a movie in Times Square.</p>
            
              <p>Those planes were bouncing up and down and some of the legs of the people running were spinning around. If you look closely you can see it is a 3D billboard.</p>
