  • <p>The only sign of note for the Magnolia was the temporary closure notice that remained attached to the door for over a year beginning March 16, 2020 as the theater’s reopening seemed closer to a Hollywood dream  than a reality.</p>
  • <p>For over a year the Magnolia - like many theaters - sat unused from March of 2020 forward here with the final movie playing (The Way Back) and hopelessly-delayed forthcoming features (such as Peter Rabbit 2) sitting on Hollywood shelves.</p>
