The Wurlitzer organ is actually in the Capitol Theatre. It is not the original instrument to the theatre. It was completely rebuilt and reinstalled by R.J. Brunner & Company, Organbuilders, following a major renovation of the complex. Pictures of the organ are at View link

Almost 20 years ago, I bought what was left of Wurlitzer organ opus 1004 that was installed at the Garden Theatre in 1925. These parts are now part of the Wurlitzer at the Capitol Theatre in York PA (www.strandcapitol.org)

United States Pipe Organ Company rebuilt and enlarged the 1920 Moller organ in 1929 as their opus 161. I am the current owner of the console from the 1929 rebuild. Does anyone know what happened to the rest of the organ?
