Formerly The Latin Lounge, bar-restaurant and jazz club, and with a full order book, the buisness was unexpectedly closed on 6th June 2016, by the bank, due to an unrelated dispute between them and the owners of the property. This dispute being unresolved, the buisness was unable to reopen and the building was put up for sale.
