The Liberty Theatre was a nice wide-screen venue on Pearl Street in downtown Beaumont, Texas. “Cleopatra” was exhibited there in Todd AO on the roadshow circuit. The Liberty Theatre was owned by the Jefferson Amusement Company.

Prior to its demolition, the Liberty was a branch of the First City Bank of Beaumont.
Remember attending closed circuit Beatles concert here when I was 13; won the ticket from KAYC radio station. Concert also included performances by the Beach Boys and Leslie Gore. Great times!
