This theatre was opened in 1928 and closed about 1966. It was restored in the 1980’s. As of 2006 it now housed PJ’s Seagrille Restaurant which I think opened in 1987, Grapevine Gourmet Shop, Serendipity Gallery and offices. By 2019 it was Scarpas Coastal.
