Didn’t Warren opened it as the Royale 8 in 1999?

This was opened by ICE Cinemas (Ingalls Cazel Ehrlich) on May 14th, 1999 as the Royale 8. Grand opening ad posted.

Not to be confused with ICE (Inner City Entertainment) out of Chicago.

This was built by Warren theatres and taken over by Brian Mitchell after he terminates Warren’s lease in 2006.
