Opened September 29, 1989. I worked there in the Regal days from 1996 to 1997. I know it was opened via some other movie theatre chain. It became a Georgia Theatre Company location and was closed in 1999. It reopened November 24, 1999 as the Town Center Value Cinemas 10 and closed March 15, 2015. It was demolished in May 2019.

This theater closed March 2015. Second run movies in Gwinnett County now show at Venture Cinema 12 in Duluth.
This opened on September 29th, 1989 and closed in 1999. No grand opening ad appeared in the newspaper.
Reopened as the Town Centre Value on November 25th, 1999. Ad in the photo section.
Closed on March 15, 2015.

Only came here once to watch “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes” in 2014. A real shame it couldn’t survive the digital conversion. Seemed like a really nice “dollar” theater and I wish I had come here more often to watch 2nd run movies, the Venture Cinema is a worthy successor but too far out of my way.
