Built in 1917 and is the only C.F.&I. Y.M.C.A. I personally know of that is still standing and intact. Sunrise is a C.F.&I. Company town. Except for the housing, it is remarkably intact.
Listed in the Film Daily Yearbook of 1928 without seating count. In 1931 it was listed with 200 seats.
