Located in the Sun Plaza Shopping Center. The 4-screen Sun Plaza 4 was opened in 1983. It was expanded to an 8-screen theatre by Eastern Federal Theatres in June 1998. It was later taken over Regal. It was closed in December 2021, possibly due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. It was demolished in February 2023 to build an Aldi grocery store on the site.
