Teatro Maximo

Built on the site of the former Maria Guerrero theater, in the old Lagunilla neighborhood in downtown Mexico City, it opened in 1934, and featured an impressive Art Deco facade.

More than 4700 patrons were distributed in three levels, a street level “luneta” and two balconies.

Demolished in the late Seventies, now there is a school in its place.
