Theatre N at Nemours is a 221 seat theater that is located on the first floor of a 14-story building called the Nemours Building. The Nemours Building was built in 1935 as a 14-floor office complex for the DuPont Company. Dupont sold the building to the Buccini/Pollin Group.
Theatre N opened on October 4, 2002. Theatre N showcases a variety of independently produced films from artistic and foreign movies to comedies, dramas and documentaries". It was refurbished in 2009.

Pretty cool theatre…good addition to downtown Wilmington, which needs even more excitement…it is a graveyard there after 5pm…
The only art house in Delaware now, I think. Wilmingtonians, support this theater! It’s a comfy, well-kept theater showing interesting films in a great old office building in downtown Wilmington.
Can anyone give me info on the Cinemart on Gov Prinz? I can’t find any info anywhere, but, I stop to look at it every time I’m in the area. What a mystery. The only thing I can tell is that I was built in the 60’s due to the chandelier and font on the front sign.
