New Building up now for 2 years and sits empty. Former site of the St Francis Theatre on Market St. The mid Market St area is so bad that no one will even rent or lease the building. What a shame, they needed to remodel the St Francis Theatre and not have torn her down. Bring in some entertainment for the tourists. Even a movie theatre chain was interested in coming into the spot but they backed out because of the area.
