The Cinema Art theater opened in 1916 as the Woodside Theater. Around 1950 the name was changed to the Royal Theater. The Royal Theater closed in 1969. In 1970 this theater re-opened as the Cinema Art which was an adult theater. It was closed in 2022.

This became the Deja-Vu boutique by the time the Googlemobile passed it by in 2008.
