Another theater? Boxoffice, July 19, 1952: “Mrs. Marie J. Green has opened her new 280-seat Green Theatre, Lodge Grass, Mont., using equipment and chairs bought from Service Theatre Supply Co., Denver”
This theatre opened as the Star Theatre in 1941. The name change to the Gem Theatre happened in 1944. The Gem Theatre is currently closed.
Lodge Grass has a population of about 600. I was trying to pin down the function, but there doesn’t seem to be any information at all about this theater online. Since I believe it is still open, I would change the function to movies and leave it at that.
