Well as of July 6 2019 the semi new lady manager of the downtown Santa Cruz Regal 9 has moved back to LA. You can tell they have no manager at this time as the giant neon marquee sits almost empty on what is playing inside. They are lazy to pull out and get the new plastic letter pole to put up the movies playing inside on the letter track. The last time this happened I e mailed the home office of Regal and they sent a new letter pole out so the manger and staff did not have to climb a ladder each week. Now I will call again and tell them, what is going on and send them a photo.
