It appears that this theater was torn down and replaced by a Best Buy (at any rate, Best Buy uses the 2460 address). The rest of the shopping center still has that brown 70s look to it.

Actually the building does still exist. Currently in 2022 the Theather storefront and the michelle’s space are Chow King Buffet and have a 2400 address. Over the years the space has been a Party City, Retro Fitness among others. The theaters were in the back and have been used as various warehouses and even a car tint installer. The tint installer used to use the old projection room for his office.
