This theatre opened in June, 2004 by Marquee Cinemas as the Barrington Square 10. Marquee, however, had severe financial troubles and the theatre closed on December 31, 2005.
The theatre almost beat the Loews 20 North Versailles record for being the shortest-lived multi/mega-plex (The L20NV was in operation only between 1999 and 2001). Cinemark, however, re-opened the Barrington Square 10 in 2006 and subsequently renamed it the Cinemark 10 Aurora. It was closed on March 16, 2020 due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. It was announced in June 2020 that the closure would be permanent.

Can anyone tell me about the business troubles of the Marquee Cinemas?
The Cinemark Aurora 10 in the Burlington Town Square Shopping Center closed on March 16, 2020 along with theaters around the globe due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On June 16, 2020, the circuit announced that the closure would be permanent as the multiplex became one of many theaters closed permanently during the pandemic.
