OMG! Regal in Hawaii! How did that happen??
Well they used to be Signature btw…..
It’s odd that Oahu has what 3 theatre chains battling for your movie bucks?
I have been at this complex and its nice as I recall. Since I have mooooved to California I have no idea what its like now
The Pearl Highlands 12 was designed by the San Francisco architectural firm Uesugi & Associates, which did quite a bit of work for the Signature Theatres chain before it was swallowed by Regal. The firm’s founder and lead architect, Daniel Uesugi, is a native of Wahiawa, Hawaii.
This opened on May 23rd, 1997 as Hawaii’s first all-stadium theatre. Grand opening ad in the photo section.
