Englewood Theater

The Englewood Theatre was in the row of stores on East Palisade Avenue, just west of Grand Avenue. The entrance was not wide, small marquee, with a tall vertical sign reading “Englewood” with letters created by bulbs.

In the early-1940’s, the Englewood Theatre was owned by Walter Reade Theatres, but leased to Skouras Theaters.
