Screening policy advert

The Drive-In opened on August 1, 1941 with Don Ameche in “Down Argentine Way”. It is listed in 1955 as being on Harlem Road at Genesee Street, in Cheektowaga, to the east of Buffalo. At that time as a single screen it had a capacity for 900 cars.

It was rebuilt and reopened on July 18, 1974. It had a capacity for 1,200 cars in its 3-screens and was open April to September. The Buffalo Drive-In was closed on September 1, 2007 - Notes by Dave Bonan
