I WAS A BURLESQUE QUEEN had its world premiere showing at the 1,242 seat UA Theatre in Long Beach, CA.

The 3-D sequence that ended the film was photographed at the Carthay Circle Theatre in dual-35mm with the Howard Anderson camera rig and printed in single-strip anaglyphic 3-D.

According to contemporary newspaper reviews, the new footage consisted of “a line of burlesque gals… tossing garters at the audience.”
