Located in the corner of Summers Street and Lee Street. The building was one story high with the entrance at the corner. It was constructed of brick, concrete and steel and was opened on October 16, 1916, owned by T.L.Kearse and managed by C.W.Graner. Seating capacity was 900 persons.
