This is a street concept by the Lincoln Theatre - a predecessor and then neighbor of the Ritz at 914 Court. These are amateur performers who performed outside the Lincoln to drum up support for “Down Home” playing there in 192o. Credit O.E. Wells, Lincoln’s manager, for hiring these folks.
