Formerly a single-screen cinema featuring independent film, the building became home to Cyrano’s Off-Center Playhouse, a live theater. In 2017 they moved out of the building to a new location at 3800 Debarr Road.
The former Cyrano’s Cinema has been sold to a new buyer by 2022. The intended use is unknown. The Cyrano’s Off-Center Playhouse has relocated to 3800 Debarr Road, Anchorage.

Only 35 seats,pretty small theatre.
Well, those 35 moviegoers were watching a movie shot in Georgia,“GLORY” with Denzel Washington and Morgan Freeman. rated R.Four bucks to see it in June 7 1990. Downtown, Beer and wine served.
