The Forum Twin opened by CGC on May 7, 1976. It was located at the Forum Mall. It was last operated by United Artists and closed in 1989.

The last movie I saw there was Karate Kid 2 in 1986. I believe it closed in 87 or 88.
Opened May 7th, 1976, by a “CGC” cinemas chain. It was taken over by United Artists later in the year. Grand opening ad posted.
Closed in 1989
