Opened with(on different screens) “Snow White and the seven dwarfs”, “War games”, Smoky and the Bandit 3", “Flashdance”, “Octopussy”, Trading places", and “Class”. Is there anything on the site now?

This theatre was demolished late 2016 or early 2017.

Mike, here in Mass. Some theaters have signs stating capacity. A fire law in most areas. I have never heard of a Manager that would not you to tell how many seats.

Mike, in New York and elsewhwere, the seating capacity of each auditorium is posted on a sign outside the screening room. Not exactly a closely-guarded secret.

usually a manager would never allow to tell the public how many seats you have, and you got the box office girl to tell you.Times Change I guess. that was always a closely guarded secret at the theatres i worked at.

Per the box office attendant last night, seating capacities for the seven auditoriums are as follows. For most, I don’t know which auditorium number corresponds to that seating capacity.
327
317
361
122
369
227
229 (Auditorium 7)
Total seats: 1952

The Newpark 20 has been on the books for years.

Cinemark’s Theater Openings page lists the following new theater to be opened: “Newpark Mall – Newark, CA – 20 Screens”. I would presume this signals the end for the Cinedome 7.
