This 1982 shot of the Fine Arts shows the juxtaposition of one of the most family-friendly areas of Dallas: A University Park shopping center called Snider Plaza which attracted SMU students and families, alike, set against an art cinema that booked soft core X-rated adult films with titles posted and posters displayed from 1974 until 1982. The theater was raided regularly but the fare never found to exceed the Miller v. California obscenity standards.
