Located in the Custom House district of east London. The Apollo Electric Theatre opened in 1909. It programmed a mix of pictures and variety. The proscenium was 21 feet wide, the stage 10 feet deep and there was one dressing room. It was operated by F. Parnell who also operated the nearby Apollo Picture Theatre.

Although it was listed as open in 1940, it closed later that year. Due to its close proximity to the London Docks, it most likely was destroyed by the heavy German bombings that the area suffered during World War II.
