Located in a district north of downtown at Fashion Square Boulevard and Schust Road. Cinema and Suds was a theatre with tables and chairs, where you could order food served by waiters, while you watched the movie.

1989 phone book lists Saginaw Conference Center at this address. According to other sources, the building was expanded after the theater closed.
Currently, it’s occupied by a health office.
I never thought Drinking beer and Movie watching was a good idea after Several years dealing with Drunk moviegoers at Midnight Shows.
