The Paladium Theatre was situated in Lai Chi Kok on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. The theatre opened to business on 13th February 1983 with Cantonese opera. It had a stage and besides stage performances, selected films were also shown at the theatre.

Its 1,002-seat auditorium with stalls and balcony and a stage was on the first floor of the theatre building.

The theatre and the Ruby Palace Theatre were in the same building but with different entrances and lobbies.
It closed in 1994.

The theatre building had been demolished, and a public housing estate has been built on the site of the theatre building as well as the adjacent Lai Chi Kok Amusement Park.

The building with mock chinese architecture is Paladium. (http://www.panoramio.com/photo/92869903) It was built to be the Lee Theatre of Kowloon but it never really took off.
