Located in the South Park Mall, it was a typical mall movie theatre. I remember that this was one of the first movie theatres in San Antonio that offered second-run films at a low price of $1.50 per ticket.
Operated by Santikos Theatres, it was nothing pretty, nothing fancy about this theatre but after the mall decided to expand stores such as Sears and Foleys, this theatre closed in the mid-1990’s.

It opened as a first run theatre in 1975. It was originally called UA The Movies 4. It was the first UA theatre in San Antonio.
A discussion thread about the mall that I found has a couple of comments saying that the theater closed when Sears moved in (Sears opened in 1996) and one comment says that the theater was in the area where there is now a chiropractor’s office. A map of the mall shows only one chiropractor’s office, that being near the mall entrance on the west side of the Sears store, so I’ve set street view to that entrance.
