The Airport Drive-In opened July 3, 1955 with Sterling Hayden in “Flat Top” & Dana Andrews in “Smoke Signal”. It was operated by Delft Theatres. Closing is listed around 1987. This ozoner listed a car capacity at 700 with a single screen.

Tlsloews: I lol’d.

The snack bar is still standing, but the rest of the lot is vacant.

Personal recollections on Water Winter Wonderland indicate that the theater was still open in 1986.

This one opened on July 3, 1955.
