Located in the Ogletree Plaza Shopping Center, Martin Theatres opened the single screen Plaza Theatre in November of 1971. The Plaza had been twinned at some point and was operated in 2001 by it’s then new owner, Quarles Theatres. After the Plaza Twin closed, it remained that way for a few years. In 2009, the Plaza Twin received a two month renovation by it’s current owners and opened again in July of 2009 as the Stardom Theatre. It had closed by summer of 2016.
