Located in the northwest London inner-city district of Kentish Town, near to Castlehaven Road. It was almost opposite St. Pancras Baths and Public Hall, which had been used for film shows in the winter months. The same operators opened the Coronation Gardens Cinema on 1st July 1911. It was an ‘open air’ cinema, operating during July and August each year until 1913, when it was known as the Garden Cinema.

Coronation Gardens in later years were built over, with the Polytechnic/University of London on the site. This was vacant in 1995, and was awaiting re-development.
