The Creston Theatre opened in 1924. This theatre was owned by Beechers Theatres. Seating was listed at 506. Beechers had the Creston Vaudette Theatre a couple blocks away that closed once the Creston opened.
The Creston Theatre closed in the late-1960’s and the building has been repurposed for office space.

The Creston was operated as a sub-run by Harry Himmelstein at least into the late 1960’s and I believe was still running as late as 1975, but I could be wrong as I am old.
