The Pine Theatre was open by 1945 with seating listed at 558. The theatre was operated by Mann Theatres. This was a smaller theatre to the Grand Theatre in Fitzgerald. I found an ad for 1948 when the Pine Theatre was playing "The Mysterious Rider" along with an ad for the Grand Theatre which was also operated by Mann Theatres.

The Pine Theatre closed in the late-1950’s and is now called the Healing Touch, Spa & Tanning Saloon.
