@Mikeyisirish Sorry for a late reply, but yes they did, because I remember seeing it when I saw Star Wars there back in 2016.

Did they take down the Rave sign and replace it with AMC? If so, time to reshoot…

AMC is taking this location along with 9 others.

Soon there shall be very little of Rave left; over the last month, the company has deals-in-progress to sell sixteen sites to Carmike, thirty-two to Cinemark, and four to AMC. Regulators will have to approve all the deals, but this would not leave Rave with much.

Even stranger: the slideshow is now of eleven pictures and now includes the Brentwood. Perhaps there was a problem at the site housing the pictures.

Yes, it is working, but all I get is a slideshow of ten pictures, none of which is the Brentwood 14.

Although there are several pictures of theaters at the above link, none of them appear to be of the Brentwood 14.

Google Map does not show the theater in the correct location. The theater is actually located to the West of Shady Willow Lane, on the corner of the Highway 4 Bypass and Sand Creek Road.

This theater will soon have an IMAX screen, which opens Friday, April 29th. This will be the only IMAX screen in Contra Costa County.

I was in there yesterday, this is a nice theatre, but Theatre is very dirty not maintained at all Management has alot to be desired,
it seemed the place had no managers on duty , staff was running wild
fooling around, talking to friends and the place was very dirty. Rave needs to have a Manager that is going to spend time developing
skills for there theatre and staffing, This is a simple theatre to run. it seems to be too hard for current management. Its run as a Play house. I could run it with my eyes closed , it would take someone sometime to clean it up , just being there would be the key.!

Nope. It was always going to be a Rave.

Was this originally slated to be under a different operator? The exterior pictures of the side of the building look Cinemark-like?

didn’t know there were two different Brentwoods in California! The one I’m familiar with is next to Santa Monica and UCLA, quite far from this one.
