The approximate address for this drive in is now 2960 east hwy 115. The entrance to 115 Used Auto and Truck Parts was part of the theatre entrance. The drive in itself was further southwest of this location.

Was Cleveland, Ohio named after the same person?

No, not named after same person.

From Wikipedia:

Cleveland obtained its name on July 22, 1796 when surveyors of the Connecticut Land Company laid out Connecticut’s Western Reserve into townships and a capital city they named “Cleaveland” after their leader, General Moses Cleaveland.
